I recently became a co-host but since then I have been unable to send a message to a guest or the help center. I just get an error message unable to find the conversation retry again. And then when contacting the help center the message does not even send? I get an error in sending a message in red. I have tried on mobile, downloaded the app, and on the desktop in Chrome and Windows all to no avail. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi @Sara9175 ! There can potentially be two reasons why you're not able to access that guest's message thread :
- Either when removed as a Co-Host
- Or the reason that guest has multiple previous reservations across listings on the same thread which the you may not be a part of. Hence may not have have access to the thread.
Have you been able to reach the Customer Support team in the meantime?

This does seem like a technical issue. If I may ask, have you tried logging out from all the devices and start with a fresh login?
In the meantime I share this with the tech team for further advice, I am also reaching out to one of our experienced Host members, who is also a Co-Host : @Helen3 if she has any advice for us regarding this.
Hello, Yes I have tried logging out and clearing my cache. Now I am not even able to log into my main profile on my desktop. Luckily I can still log in on my phone but still can't message any guests? I am at a loss at what to to know and I consider myself pretty tech-savvy. Please help direct me to a support desk that can help me with this issue as I am unable to even contact them via online methods. Is there a support phone number to call?
