Unable to purchase gift card- Tried 6 times, 2 different banks/2 different cards, no luck

The AI response is useless- it is saying to try paypal to bypass this but paypal isnt even an option!  

I have no problems purchasing things at other places, my bank indicated there should be no reason I should not be able to purchase a $200 gift card, and this is on the air bnb side. The AI generated response is absolutely useless.  I looked this up and apparently this is a known issue among other customers!

I am trying to purchase a gift for my mom for mother's day, and I have been giving ehr air bnb gift cards for her b-day and christmas so she can add them all up to use them for a nice trip, but Air bnb seems to not want my business.

@Tanya938 This is a good thing. Airbnb gift cards have a poorest reputation with people claiming that if a booking is cancelled the gift card money is not returned as it would have been if cash had been used.
