I really. wish airbnb would look at unfair reviews a bit more.... it's killing hosts and guests are using them as leverage to get refunds.... I have just had a request from a guest for 30% discount else she was going to leave a bad review.....

@Margaret491 as long as you have that in writing by Airbnb messenger then you should be able to get the review removed. If not then put it in a message to her along the lines of 'Thank you for your offer of a good review in return for a 30% discount but I am afraid this is against Airbnb review policy.'
