What do you want Airbnb to call you about. @Trang119
there is a customer services team at Airbnb you can contact it's just they are pretty poorly trained and Airbnb doesn't invest in having effective customer support as they neither care about about hosts or guests.
I think I remember another host saying it may take up to 10 days for a specialized team to investigate and contact the host about the listing issue. And usually it is by email only. It is likely you may have had a security flag (are outdoor camera locations disclosed in the listing as well as on the security section of the listing? Did a cleaner or maintenance person enter the unit without notification? Did they feel there was a lack of privacy (no curtains for the windows) or you have a shared yard and they didn’t know you tend to your garden?). These are some issues why a listing may be suspended or all listings for a host may be suspended while they investigate. Was this in response to a guest who was unhappy they didn’t get a request?
