Hi Everyone,
I received an automated email from Airbnb informing me that a recent guest left a 0-star review (see the attached image #1). However, when I clicked on the link in the email, I received a server error notification from Airbnb (see attached image #2).
First of all, I wasn't aware that a 0-star rating was even possible, and to my knowledge, I don’t have any outstanding reviews from guests.
Has anyone else received a similar automated email from Airbnb?
Thanks,
Tom

Hi @Tom4227
I agree that a 0-star review should not be possible.
Check the calendar of the "3-bedroom apartment suite with balcony". Did someone stay 16 to 20 March as the email says? If so, click the booking to read the review. The last review showing on the listing for me, was a 5-star review in February (it doesn't show any reviews in March).
Hi @Shelley159,
Thank you for your response. I checked my calendar, and a guest stayed in the apartment suite during those dates. However, it appears that the guest did not leave a review. The window for submitting reviews may have expired, which may explain the email I received. Based on my communication with that guest, I doubt they would have given a score of 0 for their stay; such a review would be unusual for that listing.
I want to know if this is a common occurrence that other hosts experience.
Thanks,
Tom
Hello @Tom4227
No never had a zero review and have never heard of a host receiving one before you. There seem to be a few glitches being reported recently so maybe if you send a screen shot via the chat, you might get an answer but don't hold your breath😉
Never seen a zero star review before, but another Host apparently did as they posted a screen shot:
Did you see your overall rating drop as a result? Did you check for "Listing Issues" under Insights/Performance?
