Using my Airbnb for sexual encounters

I had one couple last week who never emerged in a week and ending up seriously damaging the bedding. You are talking boiling hot day, windows and doors closed, now it looks as if I have another couple who have come for this reason. My Airbnb is very beautifully situated in the garden, very private but I do not want this to keep happening. Any suggestions?

It's very odd. There is nothing about your listing that screams 'sex den' to me. The only thing is that you mention it is 'isolated', so maybe that is what is attracting this demographic? Perhaps try removing that reference and seeing what happens...

Yes, I have heard stories from other hosts about situations where people had booked their places exactly for that purpose! 

 

It's a bit tricky because, if it is very remote and there are not a lot of services nearby, that is something that you do need to let guests know before they book, but maybe find a different way to word it...
