Very rude customer service representative

I don’t know who to call about an incredibly rude customer service representative. Is there a phone number to call to report someone?

@Tiffany722 simple answer is NO. There are phone numbers but only to the 1st level of customer support. Beyond that Airbnb makes it impossible to penetrate its organisation. There certainly doesnt appear to be a complaints process or any way of a guest/host escalating an issue.
