WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had booked 2 places, both of got cancelled because the hosts weren't ready with their places.

 

Why their places are listed if they are not ready is another problem.

 

I did not get refunds for both. I have the receipts for both of those transactions. It's been more than 15 days. I have contacted my bank and they confirmed they do not have any refund initiations on their end.

 

Does AIRBNB casually loot it's customers? I have waited more than enough and I don't have my money. The AirBnb customer service is USELESS.

 

Did the company just LOOT my money??

 

I am ready to show my bank statement and their confirmation. I am going to bring this out on social media.

 

This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

@Clinton82 I don't know about India but in most countries you can initiate a chargeback with your bank if goods or services are not received.

I have contacted the bank, and they have confirmed they haven't received anything from their side.

 

AirBnb is absolutely backing out on this. They are not even willing to investigate on this matter.

 

This is absolutely ridiculous. I'm extremely disappointed.
