Please beware of ** booking your property for long stays! They booked our home for the max guest amount of 6 for a month and had atleast 12 people living there. 4 air mattresses in the garage and 2 inside the home.
They did not check out, in fact, we had to call the police to clear the home and have a car towed out of the garage to even make room to enter and work.
The house was FULL of belongings and trash. It took 5 people 5 hours to bag up and remove all their belongings.
There was old food, dirty dishes, fruit peelings and seeds, and trash in every room. I personally picked up about 40 cherry pits and 6 chicken bones off of carpet surrounding one of the air mattresses.
The laundry room was covered in powder and liquid soap. The washing machine was overloaded with soap and the lint catch was never cleared from the dryer. Between this and all the grease in the kitchen, they could have easily caused a fire.

When I called my regular carpet cleaner to squeeze me in (because they also smoked inside the home!) he said this has happened to multiple hosts in the Bozeman area this summer.

@Ryan3209 what happened during your weekly maintenance cleans ?. If you say they did not exist then sorry but what exactly did you expect , because with more than a weekly stay it is important that you do institute a cleaning and linen changeover service at the beginning of the stay . Also make sure that you have a liason person to discuss access for regular maintenance . Some hosts fail to realise that a longer stay is still a stay in a 'hosted home ' and that cleaning on a regular basis must be part of this. i.e making sure garbage is packed and out for delivery , linen is changed , who is in the house etcetera etcetera. .. good luck ..
