Waterleak
Hello.
We are renting out a Birdbox as it is called. https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/760092842064153844?source_impression_id=p3_1691585407_Fn0PSY53Kq3I3fMZ
Some guests managed to mess up the hinges on the door, we thought it was fine, but over night there has been a leak.
The floor is wet. When walking on it, the water is going up through the cracks.
We are trying to solve this, but we have 15 booking this month and we are wondering how we should handle this if we can no fix this. The next guests are arriving in 2 days
Appreciate all help!

@Marius231 if the place is usable but not perfect then message the guests and warn them of the situation. Perhaps offer a free of charge cancellation or a discount on their stay.
If the place is unusable then you can explain the situation to them. Perhaps if you explain you will be fined if you cancel you could either offer them different dates or ask them if they would kindly cancel for a full refund. Worst case you need to cancel and pay the Airbnb fine

Hello! Thank you for the help. We have a carpenter going to have a look at it tomorrow, hopefully he can do something in the mean time...
The place should be usable, so i believe we can work around it until we can fully repair it.
Again, thanks!
