Recently, I’ve been receiving weird inquiries like the guests wanted to visit first the place before they’ll book.

Another one, if they are ok to check first the unit and check-in same day. 

Latest one, inquired if the place has nearby basketball court and looking to book.

Anyone, experience the same? How do you handle it?

The weirdos always try to connect nif your new or if your calendar looks empty.  They are hoping you will let bad behaviors slide if you are desperate for rentals.

You know the proper answers it is just being mindful that just because on the Airbnb Platform basically a stranger on the internet.
