The approach to guests must be professional, but still with a large dose of that something.
You have to be honest, punctual, meticulous and do everything in your power to make guests feel as relaxed as possible.
For guests, staying somewhere is not just a vacation, but an event that they have planned in detail, sometimes even a year in advance with all possible preparations, thoughts, imaginings how it will be for them...
I am very pleased to be recognized as a superhost already in the first months of renting.
I will always, always stick to one thought, quality before quantity, regardless of money, quality reference and even superhost status.

Thank you very much I am very honored to be part of this Community. I rent a cozy and rustic apartment inside an old period house in Sulzbach an der Murr, 40 Kilometers north of Stuttgart in the middle of a wonderful forest named the Schwäbisch Frankische  Wald.

My wife Jeannette and I have been a host with Airb&b for the past 6 years. We greatly appreciate the oppertunity to acheive a Superhost status for a few years in a row now.

Airb&b is an amazing booking agent to work with, never a problem to date.

We have made many friends from our guests over the years.
