What can I do with bad intention guests

I had a guest, she places her own hair on bed and ask for money back, I refused then she asked for 30% back. I had my cleaning team to clean again, and she still want money back. Do you guys had this kind of bad experience?

Luckily I have not had this experience yet. But I've read about it
