I’m looking for a digital screen device that I can do a personalized greeting and information like check out times and such on.
I am not sure if this is what you are thinking of but have you considered using the Airbnb scheduled messages. Go into your messages. Click on the 3 bars to the top left, go to scheduled messages and write as many and the scheduled you time you want to deliver them. It keeps it so easy
We have two personalized greetings setup for each guest:
We use the Alexa Show & TCL 55" 4k Roku TVs with a custom Roku channel i create.
With the Alexa Show:
With the TCL 55" 4k ROKU TVs:
hope this helps
Hello I am so curious on how you have created the welcome screen on your tv is their a specific app or what can I do ?
Hello
you have a very interesting solution.
Can you tell me please which skill you're using for the alexa show ?
Thanks
Can I ask how you get the guest details on the TV? Are you adding it manually or automatically? I'd love to know. Thx in advance.
How do you do this on Roku tvs?!
@Lizzy76 Unfortunately on roku is only available for California the app is Welcome TV
Are both automated and syncing with airbnb?

If you’re looking for something that can show personalized greetings for guests, most hosts use a small digital display or tablet they can update remotely. A basic tablet on a stand works well because you can set it to display a welcome message, house info, or a slideshow. Some people also use small digital photo frames that support custom text or images. If you want something that updates automatically, digital signage apps can display a web page or a simple image you upload before each check-in. Nothing too fancy is required, just a device that can stay plugged in and reliably show whatever message you prepare for your incoming guests.
