What digital device can have personalized greetings

I am not sure if this is what you are thinking of but have you considered using the Airbnb scheduled messages. Go into your messages. Click on the 3 bars to the top left, go to scheduled messages and write as many and the scheduled you time you want to deliver them. It keeps it so easy

We have two personalized greetings setup for each guest:

We use the Alexa Show & TCL 55" 4k Roku TVs with a custom Roku channel i create.

With the Alexa Show:

1. it has a welcome message tailored to each guest/party.
2. It turns on about 10 minutes before guest arrival.
3. A copy of the "house rules" is available from the welcome screen
4. Maps to local attractions at linked to the welcome message
5. Links to communicate directly are also included
6. Directions to turn on any TV and go to the 1st channel if they have any questions about the property.

With the TCL 55" 4k ROKU TVs:

1. When guests turn on the TV guest are greeted with a personalized welcome message & the 1st channel they see is one i created specifically for the property.
2. Its a library of 20 videos (mostly how-to / troubleshooting)
   1. some videos:
      1. how to pull-out the sofa bed
      2. how to use the Washer & Dryer
      3. how to enable "guest" mode on the TVs (deletes streaming logins on the day of checkout)
      4. how to use the dual BBQ grill
      5. how to use the automatic window shades
      6. history videos on property & local area
      7. kayak and swimming info
