What do you use for Appliances Manuals?

Yes, this subject has been brought up before, but no viable solution was offered.

So - has anyone stumbled upon the apllication that let you create annotation for still images or embed step by step simple operating instructions into videos? (Please do not bring up PowerPoint and similar - the concept should be KISS and readily available for guests use). Do not mention PostIt notes all around the house as well 🙂

We have photos of manuals in our guidebook on hostfully.com . We even embed videos from YouTube in the guidebook.

You just gave me a very simple idea - I will just download manuals and upload to google files and add links to house manual. Thank you!
