"For reservations booked on or before March 14 with a check-in after May 31, we recognize there may still be uncertainty. In the coming weeks, we’ll be asking hosts and guests to revisit these reservations and choose to either cancel or re-commit to the reservation."
The above paragraph comes from the description of the 250m host fund. What does this actually mean? It sounds like guests will receive the option to cancel at no cost, and that will not be covered by the 25%.
Nobody knows? Seems like this is something that AirBnB should maybe explain at some point?
I would also like to know this. It does seem very vague.

Airbnb sends message "Hey, you have a post-May 31 booking. Extenuating circumstances policy does not currently apply. Do you want to cancel (normal terms) or recommit?
1. Guest cancels under normal terms.
2. Guest recommits. They can still cancel under normal terms, and would still receive benefit of an extension to the May 31 date. Ie. basically no change.
3. Guess ignores message. No change (is same as #2)
