@Dianne235, just do it in writing, using Airbnb messenger. Do not answer phone calls or WhatsApp. Be very clear and polite, but firm. 
And be mentally prepared to get negative review. If the guests behavior is unacceptable, just contact the CS and ask them to relocate him.
