What is the best way to increase your bookings?

We just opened our first Airbnb and was wondering how to increase bookings. We are The1840Loft of Ripley Ohio. This beautiful 3 bedroom loft apartment is wonderfully decorated and ready for bookings. We have had just one booking since we opened 3 weeks ago.
