Where are the guests?

Hi,

I have usually stayed fairly busy with my Air BnB for the past several years...besides COVID.  Suddenly, however, I have not had 1 guest within the past month.  Last year June was gangbusters....is anyone else experiencing a slow down in guests?

Hi @Stephanie1098 , I compared my calendars from last year and this year and see a notable difference with fewer stays during the week. The weekends are great! My strategy lately has been to utilize the new “compare pricing with other properties” function in the calendar and adjust if I’m out of alignment. Lastly, I ran a promotion for the last week of the month and got bookings within hours. Best wishes! Hope some of these things may help you!

I am trying to talk to locals here, and friends are saying it's really slow right now (even the weekends).  I've done the "compare pricing w/other properties", but I don't want to ask less than I have because I'm afraid if I list it below what I normally charge, I might get someone who may want to use it as a party place (I only charge $99 on weekend nights, so going below that seems to devalue it.....it's a 750' apt. that sleeps 4, in the city of Atlanta).  But thank you and I may just see what everyone else is doing.

Have you checked your property on map view lately?!

Mine isn't even showing up.

I posted a new thread on here tonight about it.

I haven't got a booking for August, usually full. .

I'm pretty sure listing not showing up on map is why.

Such a bad flaw from Airbnb since update.

Oh wow - I will do that.  I did call them week-before-last and someone checked my listing and said it was all good and nothing was wrong w/it....so hoping something hits soon (and I'll check the map - thanks!)
