@Elisa ever since they became available, and it seems to me that they've been working pretty well lately

I mostly use saved replies / quick messages for check-in details, Wi-Fi, house rules, and checkout instructions. It helps me reply faster and stay consistent with guests.

 

I also like having all guest communication in one place because it makes hosting much easier and more organized.

Keep it simple, think like a guest and respond accordingly. React the way you would expect a reaction and use KISS (Keep It simple and Short) 😁
