Why can't I check the availability of this apartment in Paris, France?
Hi there,
*
It showed this apartment only open to the member who have finished their stay at least 3 times via AirBnB. I believed I have finished my booking via AirBnB more than 3 times. Please check it for me. I have try to contact the host urgently since my trip in Paris is just around the corner.
Cheers,
YUWEN

Hello @Fiona1004
What dates are you looking at? How many people? I had a look at the listing involved and can't see why you wouldn't be able to book with them. You have a good guest profil so no problems there.
Contacting the host first is a good idea and hope you get sorted quickly. However, I would also be looking at a Plan B as the hosts reply rate is extremely poor for an Airbnb host so they may not have their notifications set up correctly.
Let us know, good luck!
Joëlle

We are 2 adults and a 4 years-old kid, planning to Paris downtown in 27th to 30th May.
thanks for your suggestion, I do looking other places these days but this is the one I’m quite interested in. How can I contact with the host? Because the Aiirbnb apps shows I can’t text them.
cheers
Fiona

Hi @Fiona1004
I've checked your dates with the number of guests and I would be able to book so worth giving it another try? The host has 24 hours to accept or decline your reservation request as the host is not using the Instant Booking feature.
If you want to send a message to the host, go all the way down the listing until you see the part that says Message host:
Best of luck,
Joëlle

I believe the message host feature is disabled if the system doesn't think you meet the Experienced First Guest Requirements.
Another guest posted the same issue, so I'm wondering if there is a bug? You'll have to contact Airbnb CS and advise them you should be meeting all the criteria for experienced first guest, but the system is saying you don't.
