Why can't I see guest profile pics?

Got two instant bookings today with blank (not the letter:   a blank head icon) profile photos,  though I have the photo requirement on.     

Anyone else seeing this or know if photos are somehow broken at the moment?

@Kenneth12My most recent instant book reservation is the same. I, too, have the photo requirement checked. The guest's profile says she does have a photo attached. Odd.
