If you want to provide cohosting services you need to invest in setting up your own marketing channels and advertise to hosts who you've identified as your target market.

by the way Airbnb asks those using  its communities not to use it for advertising commercial services such as cohosting.

Airbnb has a Co-host Network but it does have some requirements to join.
