Hi I actually accepted my first guest But they withdrew after few days. Need to know whether my response reached them before their withdrawal as they claim I did not respond

Going forward, something that should help you is the "Inbox read receipts" feature in the recent Summer Release.  Check it out:

Also, in your listing, I'm not seeing any photos of where guests will sleep, which would be a nice addition.
