Worst experience with Airbnb customer service
-They all act like poorly maintained robots.
Books a unit in France, the host got involved in a shooting with one of his customers and injured him.
Police intervened and cut off the place for further access. I left documents, money, clothing and other things as I had to catch a flight.
I registered a case with Airbnb and they assigned an insurance that claimed to be reviewing my case to revert -short story, never heard from them and Airbnb closed the case. I attempted to reopen it and they blocked my account for further communication. Posted a review on the host experience and Airbnb pulled it down.
They are acting like thieves now. It's a shame. I'm considering hiring a Lawyer to write to them.
