Would you use a service that lets you set up a beautiful app for your Airbnb guests?

Hi, I'm a developer and a host. I coded a Guest App for my guests where they can log in and see their check-in instructions (step by step with pics), detailed home manual, purchase late check-out, purchase a cleaning etc.

The app is nicely designed and I noticed a lot less questions from guests. Also lots are paying for late check out which is great.

My question is would you like to offer an app like that to your guests? I'm thinking to create a website / online portal where hosts can register and set up the Guest App (check-in details, home manual, home rules, upsell late check-out etc). Then share a link to Guest App with your guests.
