I've never written a critical review about a guest but our current guest may be my first time. I have set out below my draft so far. I've never written such a detailed review either. Normally my reviews are along the lines of "X stayed with us for Y night... Latest reply by Mary60

how do I know the guest is not in trouble with law, or hasn't had a problem with other hosts? Is the verification an background check? I'm now having problems with the association manager. Latest reply by Helen3

Here's what the e-mail from AirBnb says, "After Dec 7, the review period will be over." It is not yet after Dec 7 in the timezone of where the company is headquartered, and where the listing reservation occured. Terrible wording, becuase I wanted to ensur... Latest reply by Natalia11
