Hello,I booked a flat for 15 days.The dish washer never worked a.d host did not care.After 5 days i called airbnb and got a refund ( took me 10minutes! Amazing).The refund was 30% of the 5 days passed. Now for the next 10 days the host didn t do anything....

AIRBNB should make a spot so hosts can exchange their places for free. Give a fee to AIRBNB because we are using the site to make this connection and make it host only access to the link/location. It would benefit Hosts who have down time at their places ...
