Just found this community center site. We are currently in Spain renting an apartment. Have a few issues so contacted airbnb. When I ring them what country is responding? Had a telephone reply at 1.00am so I am in bed and could not understand who was talking! Is this typical? Also is this site just for hosts?
Hi @Maria23084
If there are issues with the accommodation you should first contact the host. The host's phone number is below the 'message' button in your booking, but it's preferable that you rather message them through Airbnb. That way everything is on record if you need to contact Airbnb support.
If the host does not resolve the issue and it's serious, log a support query on the specific booking. It's better to message support rather than phone. This will solve the time difference issue and will also put on record everything that was discussed. Hope it helps.
