Unfortunately the Community Center isn't customer service so I fear they may not have seen your message. 

Were you able to get this worked out?

@Shi-Shun0 It is usually one of 4 reasons

1) Payment was discovered to have been made on a fraudulent card

2) There was a safety issue with the guest

3) Airbnb has cocked up

4) There is a safety issue with you (the host)
