Not only they violate the terms and conditions they advertise, such as your card wont be charged until the host accept the request, but also the customer service is the worst I have ever seem. Wrote in English, they replied in Spanish. The answer was just a couple of copied and pasted articles from their help centre which not only didn't help at all, but also contradicted themselves.
Now I need to pray for a refund, which implies a lot of delayed.
It was my first and last experience with this horrible company. By the way they are also ruining the world. I will never leave booking.com again.
