Has anyone comped someone's stay? Our guests had an unfortunate event occur while at our home and it was very stressful for them and we don't want them to be charged. Any idea how we do this? Can we contact Airbnb directly, do they have a phone number so we can talk to someone directly?

You can go into their booking once you have checked the property after the guests have left @Jodie169 and refund the guest fee they paid to you.

@Jodie169 You can send any amount of money for any reason. I sometimes pay guests to take the trash bin out and bring it back in.
