damage by guests

Hi ,

Some of my guests damaged my room with burning points of cigarettes. Despite it was clear it is a no smoking room. 

I cannot find any button to report damage to Airbnb. Anyone who could help me out? I would be much greatful!

Go into the guest's booking confirmation and there is a button you can use their to report guest damage @Carin28
