can i offer a discount after someone sends in a rental request? or do i can the price on the calendar prior to request thanks

Hi @Abigail25,

In order to send a discount on a request, you would first need to decline the request and then you will have the option to send a special offer.  The only other option is accepting the request and then sending an alteration request to the guest with the new pricing for the reservation.
