our guest arrived on time except it wasn't him & his family with 1 dog (only 1 dog permitted on our site) but 2 ladies & 2 children & 2 dogs. I sent him a message asking if this was to be the guests & only 1 dog was allowed, he answered "sorry for the bad communication".
What should we do about his review, he was our first guest & we don't want a bad review but we also don't want him to get away with it?
How do we review someone that didn't really stay here, his entire booking was false pretenses the people who did stay had no access to our site rules etc - dog rules -wifi access.
Would love some advice!

@Candy144 the review system is blind so they will not see your review until either they have reviewed you or 14 days have passed. Just leave an honest review to warn future hosts. If they were otherwise good guests who left the place in good condition then say that as well.

@Candy144 , wouldn’t this be considered a third party booking which Airbnb does not allow? You have the option of canceling the booking as they violated Airbnb and your rules. If you decided to keep the booking, then leave an honest review so that other hosts do no encounter the same issue.
