Hi @Kymberlynn0 

Airbnb inbox does not support direct PDF uploads. But you can upload the PDF to Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive, then share the link in the message.

You can open the PDF on your phone and take a screenshot and upload that as a photo.
