instant booking

Hi, I wonder if anyone has experienced a guests booking coming through on instant book that doesn't fit the criteria, ie, a three day stay during a four day minimum setting in high season. An Airbnb glitch perhaps?

@Annie360 check your settings. Ours have occasionally inexplicably changed. Sometimes ABB does updates and tests which seem to revert settings to a default state.

@Annie360 Also keep in mind that your minimum only applies to the day of check-in and does not encompass the entire stay. For instance, if you have a 5 night minimum between July 1 -31 but a guest checks in on June 30th (which does not have a minimum) then the guest can book a two or three-night stay, for example.
