Hi - I have changed check-in details to 'flexible' lockbox. Where do I put details so visitors will easily see we have lockbox entry? I have put it in the Guidebook, but I know some people don't read the guidebook because they ask questions and I want to make it clearer.
I put my instructions in the message I send when I send the code. People tend to book spaces without reading all the information we provide, so I include a reminder in my welcome message right before they check in so it won't be lost in all the other information.
