messages I am sending on AIRBNB in black background

Please: why are my messages I am sending on AIRBNB in black background.  I have tried to change my computer settings but nothing is working. Suggestions please.

Have there been any updates since you posted in our community? Have you reached out to the support team for their advice on this?

 

I suggest following these basic troubleshooting steps to see if resetting the settings helps:

 

  • Log out.
  • Close all browser windows and tabs.
  • Open a new window or tab.
  • Clear your cache, cookies, and browsing history.
  • If you're using an app, delete and reinstall it.
  • Log back in using EMAILFROM_ACCOUNT.

I am having the same issue. I tired all the suggestions but nothing resolves the issue. It is happening on my iPhone, iPad and Mac desktop computer. Has anyone been able to resolve this and if so, do you remember how you did it? Airbnb support couldn't help.
