hello my name is bart and my reservation got cancelled but i already payed. Its 2 weeks further and i have not received my money bac.

@Bart287 We are not Airbnb just trying to assist. We are hosts . Just message your host and request the refund . Also check the refund policy you signed up for originally . Move. H

You are not allowed to create an Airbnb account and/or make a reservation when under the age of 18. Did Airbnb sent you a message how the refund will be managed ? Depending on the payment method used it can take some time:
