need bookings

We had 2 condos in Maui, HI on airbnb and were superhosts. We sold one last year and have been in the other one since January. So airbnb said if we don't have reviews for 3 months, we lose our superhost designation. First week of June we're getting ready to go back to the mainland and would like to get bookings for the summer. I did lower prices just now  and added a few things to the listing - any suggestions of how to get the bookings going???? Mahalo!
