nightly fee needing to be returned

does any one know the proper way to credit a guest for one of her two "nightly fees?" I told her I would credit her one of her two nights i wrote that i would credit a "nightly fee" but now I am wondering about occupancy tax and service fees paid to air bb? if anyone has had to do this can you please advise me?  there is never a great deal of clarity when I call air b n b's 800 number.

I believe you should only refund your nightly rate (not Airbnb's Guest Fees, State Taxes, etc. which are out of your control).

Go to your Host page.

Select the particular reservation.

Enter the $ amount you wish to refund to the guest.
