Hello, I opened a similar topic yesterday and was experiencing the same situation, but today two reservation requests came, there had been no reservation requests for the last week. I couldn't understand why this was the case either.
I hope you're doing well. I noticed your listing is getting some inquiries, and I’ve been struggling with mine despite being in a prime location near Vagator Beach.
Could you please share what specific changes or updates you made to your listing that helped you start getting inquiries? I’d really appreciate any tips or suggestions that worked for you.
Honestly, I lowered the price a bit. when I checked the other houses in the area, I saw that they were almost the same price as mine. and today, I received a total of 4 reservation requests, I only approved 2 of them. Also, I forgot to mention that they smoke, I think the guests generally prefer that.
I even lowered my pricing compared to similar listings in the area, but unfortunately, there’s been no response so far.
Could you please take a moment to check my listing and let me know what might be wrong or what I could improve? I truly value your experience as a Superhost and would really appreciate any feedback or suggestions you can offer.
I just checked your listing — it's absolutely beautiful, just like mine! I also have similar types of rooms, around 10 in total, but I haven’t listed all of them yet.
I noticed that within just 7 months you’ve become a Superhost and also earned the Guest Favorite badge — that's really impressive. Congratulations to you! 👏
I’ve been hosting for a while too, but sadly, I’m not getting any reservations or even inquiries, despite having a prime location and competitive pricing.
Could you please take a moment to guide me or help me figure out what might be going wrong with my listing? I'd be really grateful for your help.
I tagged the friends in the expert team. I am not an expert in this subject, but I am sure the friends I tagged will help you in more detail.🌷🙏

check all your settings and make sure you have instant book on, all the ameneties correctly checked. Descriptions that are short and to the point, not paragraphs. Question your title and first 5 images. Make your extra guest after 2 isn't $100 by accident etc. Lower minimum days? If they all look good, it could just be the way things are. Airbnb used to be a beast of a money maker, but I struggle a bit now and then when I never used to. Just stay on top of your listing and you will get hits.
I had that happen once. As a 5 year super host, I was generally always booked. Then, suddenly, crickets.
Everything on my account looked normal. It showed "listed." I even checked all my other 3rd party apps to see if they showed "not listed" or were causing the issue. After much research, I was able to confirm my listing was "not listed" by searching for my property as a guest using location maps on Airbnb. My property did not show up on the Airbnb map.
So, I contacted Airbnb and received a generic customer service response that Airbnb from time to time takes properties offline (unlilsts them) while they ae analyzing the listing for potential issues. No other explanation. Airbnb does not give hosts a heads up. The process is just "housekeeping" per Airbnb support (like its no big deal). So, I kept contacting customer service nearly daily and kept getting the same response (it could take about 2 weeks, no explanation, it is just normal business process, etc.).
Then about 2 weeks after contacting Airbnb, my property magically was re-listed and the reservations started flowing in. Airbnb never sent an explanation or even a message letting me know my property was back online.
The thing that makes me so sad is when "Guest Favorite Super Host Status" gets you this type of "no support" on Airbnb. I hope perhaps this is what happened to you and it will be an "easy" fix. Start by seeing if your property shows up on the Airbnb map.
