phone number is in use error

hello i cant verify my phone number as system rejects and says phone number is already in use. but this is my only account could you please help, thanks.

Hi @Ege235 

You will need to contact Airbnb support for this type of issue due to security and privacy issues.  This can happen due to someone previously having the phone number that you have and they created the account previously.  I certainly do not want to lead you into accessing someone else's account so please contact Airbnb and they can certainly resolve this for you.

I am experiencing an issue while attempting to book on Airbnb. A pop-up message states: "This phone number is already in use. You can remove it from the associated account or add a new different one." How can I resolve this to complete my booking?
