reduced less expensive bookings......

Hi! My name is Nancy and I live in Sedona, Az. I would like to talk about reduced bookings. Happening to anyone else? I read in a political magazine that STRs under $125 are not booking well, because of economic uncertainty; yet STR's renting for $1000 plus are doing well as the economy is not affecting high earners. My neighbor rents his for $1000 a nite, and although he has less renters, he is still doing well. Any one else seeing this?
