I have an own website where people can book - https://jeanne-dusschaut.be/ - and also on booking.com. The calendar from booking.com is perfectly synced with the one from Airbnb in both directions. The one from airbnb is also perfectly synced with the own website but it doesn't work in the other direction. I investigated the .ics file and the bookings are mentioned in it and the connection is working fine when I check the overview in the calendar on airbnb. The sync between the own website and booking.com is also working fine.
Does anyone have an idea what could be the problem and I can fix it?
Tough to diagnose, as it sounds like the sync from your website to Airbnb is not working?
Only thing I can suggest is to
Disconnect Sync on both sites
Try opposite order of syncing
If you were exporting the Airbnb link to your website first, then change that. Export your website .ics file to Airbnb first, then export the .ics link from Airbnb to your website.
That's all I can think of at the moment.

Indeed the sync from my website to Airbnb isn't working and the strange thing is that it's working towards booking.com

Unfortunately, since I don't have access to your calendars, you will have to contact Airbnb CS on this. Not sure they will be very helpful though, as you are essentially asking them to help you with your own direct booking site issues.
