Our last guests prior to Covid shut down left a very bad review as we complained and charged them for lots of damage - we are now listing a new property and I see that their review is first of the reviews - how can I rectify this unfair and untrue review?

At the time the review of K. was publiced, you could have published a public comment on it.
But it is not possible anymore now. Hopefully guest will value it for what it is, as your other reviews are fine. Otherwise you maybe consider to start over from scratch (new account..), but then al other reviews are gone.
BTW the most recent review on the profile of K. is also not a jewel......
It is also remarkeble a lot of previous reviews on his profile are from the same host, until januari 2020....
