sending an attachment

How do I send an information attachment to a guest which contains more words than the airbnb attachment will allow?

You can sent an attachment via de message system (like pictures, use first icon next to textfield) or via your email system (but use of this must be confirmed once), but both only to a guest with a confirmed reservation.
