should i review ?

should i review ?

i had a guest come then leave without telling me . i have a tent campsite for rent so at 7 pm opened the tent door so it would be welcoming . it was sprinkling but he says he was coming at 7 . i kept going out there but didn’t see anyone . he called air b and b and wants his money back he says the tent was soaked . there’s no way it was that wet . maybe the blanket was damp ,  but i could change it . they bring their own sleeping bags and i provide an air mattress which is rubber and can be dried if it was wet which it wasn’t . he never gave me a chance he’s unrated so i gave him one . should i rate him ?

@Kathy1316 It is generally good policy to review all guests whether good or bad.

@Kathy1316 Yes if you have something to say. He will probably review you.

he was a unrated guest that i gave a chance too . so i’m not sure if it’s better to leave him unrated or not . air b and b can’t get ahold of him now so i’m not sure he will leave a rating . he never read up on my place   or anything .

Hi @Kathy1316, How is it going with the guest's refund request and review?

Did you leave this guest a review like Mike suggested?

the guest stopped responding to air  b and b so no he didn’t get a refund . they also said something like the guests needs to prove that something is wrong to the owner abs that is by telling and showing him that there’s a problem . He didn’t do that he just left and then said stuff so they said no refund
