special offer for former guest

A former guest from April 2022 wants to rebook one of my studios in Sofia for May 2023, but I can't send him a special offer because he hasn't indicated the new dates in the calendar, he just sends me a message in the mail! What can I do?

@Anri1 Do you mean in the mail mail (ie not email)? Assuming no guest would be this stupid and you mean he messaged on email then you just ask him what dates he wants.

If he is contacting you via Airbnb then you should really book him on Airbnb. If he is contacting you by your personal email you can either contact him on Airbnb or book him direct and just block the relevant NIGHTS in your calendar.
